We took my father-in-law, Ron Lewis, on an early Father’s Day float trip down the East Branch. Moose just finished touring parts of Delaware County, NY. He had a brief stay in Corbett with Kenny Young and family at their friendly, family run, meat processing shop. They are hard-working people, who do a fine job cutting meat. He then traveled to Delhi, to Spring Valley Sportsman, where the talented Mark crafted another masterpiece. Now, he’s returned home where he belongs.

Just pulled a camera chip this weekend and discovered that our trail camera wasn’t out foxed by this little guy. It was spotted out scavenging for food after Winter Storm Stella hit.    #Fox

Congratulations to the sixteen students that just passed the Hunter Education course held today in East Branch, NY.  We’d like to thank Paul and David Cicio for the use of the Earl Pomeroy Memorial Center. Photographed are two of the newly certified hunters. Kaden is taking aim at a target and Gavin is proudly displaying the certificate he earned. ECO Bauer, stopped by and shared with the class information about his job and some situations that he’s dealt with in the field. Our instructional team included Dick, John, Dave, and me. We wish the class participants safe and successful outings!
